Are your fees expensive ?
Definitely not! We offer excellent value-for-money fixed fee accounting packages. These packages are very comprehensive so that there are no nasty surprises or any unnecessary add-ons.
How do I switch accountants ?
- We will take care of the 64-8 form which will authorise us to deal with HMRC as your accountant.
- We will write to your previous accountant requesting professional clearance through a letter of engagement.
- Finally, you will receive a call from one of our designated accounts managers, who will be assigned to you. They will help you get started with our services.
- Select a changeover date that is going to cause the least disruption in your business.
- Ensure all outstanding bills to your existing accountant are paid.
- We will write to your current accountant on your behalf, to inform him/ her that you are planning to switch accountants, and he/ she has permission to converse with AEE Business and Accounting Services for the purpose of the handover of paperwork and information.
- Your old accountant should produce a disengagement letter stating what work they have done as well as key dates and information, and they would require a sign-off from you.
- You will register with us, and provide a scan of your passport or driver’s license and a recent utility bill for us to carry out an anti-money laundering check.
